Wedding Application










PLEASE NOTE:

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE ABOVE CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE THE TRAVEL FEE.

There is a minimum charge of $70.00 for an on-location service (only for weddings & not including travel). Should the service selected come to less than $70.00, then please be advised the total will be $70.00.

To secure a date for special occasions, photo-shoots or weddings, a signed contract is required with a retainer at the time of signing. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received.

There is no travel fee for the first 9 kilometers. Each additional 10km after that will be $5 (For instance; 0-9km – free, 10-19km $5, 20-29 - $10 etc.).

overtime fees will be assessed at $50 per hour or $15 per 15 minutes paid in cash on day of service. 

If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 14 days before your session. If your appointment is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your appointment, then you will be required to pay out the remainder of your application fee. However, if the cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of your booking then no additional payment is required, due to your deposit acting as a cancellation fee. Hotel fees and other associated fees are non-refundable.
